With the advancement in technology and the availability of
the internet the face of the Real Estate Market and Real Estate Marketing is
forever changing. No long is it necessary to pay a Real Estate Agent 6% to list
your house. Flat Fee MLS listings are the wave of the future. You can now list
your house for a very small fee. When a buyer comes to you without a Real Estate
Agent there is no additional commission to be paid. Only if a buyer comes to you
through a Real Estate Agent will you then pay them a commission that you choose,
